Nichole was very responsive to my questions and offered suggestions of things to do. Overall my experience was amazing and when I come back to birch bay I will be staying here again :)

Wir haben uns im Studio sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, gute Raumaufteilung, hübsch zurechtgemacht. Nichole war immer freundlich und gut erreichbar. Nur ein paar Schritte über die Strasse erreicht man den Strand, an welchem wir den Sonnenuntergang genossen haben. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sympathisch. Man hört allerdings gut, wenn im oberen Stock jemand herumgeht. Gegen die Ringhörigkeit stehen Ohrenstöpsel zur Verfügung, was sehr aufmerksam von der Gastgeberin ist. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Allison’s place was great for a quick overnight stay. Wish I could have enjoyed more of Birch Bay. Next time😀

Loved the Red Door 1 studio. Well stocked kitchenette for a few days stay with tea, coffee, creamers, salt and pepper, which I appreciate. Linens were of good quality. I am OCD clean at my own home, and this little place was spotless. Baseboards, furniture were clean no dust, under the bed clean no dust, kitchen and bath and fridge very clean. Was perfect for two people. If you had a small third person along, a little pullout loveseat sofa is available. Walked to everything, beach access right across the street. Very safe area, will definitely be back. Good value for us! Thanks to Alison for a great stay. :) Rita & Ron

This was a last-minute booking but the host was well-prepared. The wifi was good enough for me to be able to work while I was there, and the location was perfect for a beach walk every evening!

I had a peaceful night sleep The weather was not good during my stay too much rain But the cozy little studio apartment was fine .

The place was exactly as described and was well thought out to best use the space available.

Cute place but very small and maybe overpriced. couldnt help looking at all the other places that were nicer and wondering if ours was worth the cost. But everything else is ungodly expensive too. Overall had a great weekend but probably wont stay here again.

Our stay was great. We were in town planning a wedding at a local resort, so weren’t in the room much, but it was clean, comfortable, well located and perfect for our needs. Alison was very friendly and communicative. We would recommend this location. Would love to come back when we’re not working and able to enjoy the beach.

Nice place, easy ground floor entry. Short walk to the state park. There was also a small public park right across the street.

Alison was incredibly flexible with the check-in process, making it easy and stress-free. Alison also responds very quickly to any questions or concerns, which made me feel well taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests truly sets her apart.

This was one of my best Airbnb stays ever! Allison and Nicole were super responsive, helpful and friendly, great to be right next to the beach, and everything about the cabin was comfortable for me and my pups and suited my needs. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in this unit! Alison has clearly put a lot of thought into the place. Bathroom had wonderful shower and lots of towels with places to put your things. Kitchenette is well equipped - keurig, kettle, microwave and toaster oven, even an electric skillet. Basin for washing dishes works just great. We had no trouble preparing meals in the space. Comfy bed with lots of pillows and blankets. Open the windows for a cross breeze or use the provided fan/heater. Walking distance to the state park and plenty of easy access to the beach. Hosts were friendly, responsive and provided clear instructions before we arrived. They were also quick to respond when we messaged. Thank you Alison and Nichole for a lovely stay! Tip - go try the fish tacos at CJs beach house!
