Studio with covered deck and Birch Bay View

Thank you Nichole. Everything was great. Loved the little water access directly across the street. We also appreciated the Keurig machine and the hair dryer, since we didn’t bring ours. Last minute overnight turned out to be such a perfect little get away! Thanks again

It was a great stay and we were comfortable in the location, area, and room. Everything seemed clean and the host was great to work with. There were a few flies in the room but it is the beach and they were dumb (so easy to kill). There were a few holes in random places. I think to get at electrical wires or by the AC unit in the window that could have been closed up better. Other than that it was great!

Being on the second floor there was an amazing view of the sunset, it was super peaceful and we loved being close to the beach!

Quiet and peaceful studio with everything that you need. Large deck that looks out to the Bay. You’re across the street to the public access to the beach to see all the seashells and wildlife. Super Comfortable couch with a soft blanket. The couch even has a phone charger built in. The queen bed was also comfortable. Definitely want to come back in the summer. It’s close to Canada we went to the Chop Steakhouse restaurant super nice inside with happy hour. Also very close to the Inn at Semiahmoo that has amazing restaurants and great view. Perfect place to unwind.

This was our second stay at this location. It was a nice apartment with a beautiful view of Birch Bay from the deck. Very clean and the hosts were friendly.

Great place for our short stay.

This is our second stay at Allison’s and Nichole’s location. The location is private, quiet and peaceful. They studio offered ample space for two people. The deck was huge with lots of outdoor cooking options. The views were gorgeous. The air conditioner was great to have. We loved the space and our planning our next visit.

Cute, compact, and comfortable. I appreciate that knowing my daughter planned to sleep on the futon, Alison had it beautifully made up.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for a beach getaway. We will definitely be booking with them for our future trips.

This was my 1st experience using an AirBnB vs hotel - future hosts should be thankful for Alison's perfect place & experience because she alleviated all my concerns about using an AirBnB! Her place was perfect for our all to short stay! We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect mornings on the deck, peaceful nights, enough amenities for the comforts of life. We attended a wedding at Semiahmoo but didn't want to pay the cost of the resort - Alison's place was half the cost for more space and privacy and guaranteed a beautiful view! Thank you Alison!

The refrigerator did not work when we arrived....hey got one the next day for us.
