Blackout curtains ensure your privacy since the unit is close to another tiny home.
This photo is taken from the balcony of the house across the driveway. You can see the yard and firepit. Have a fire in the evenings and listen to the crickets sing.
Roku TV with extra sound systsem.
Cozy oversized chair with side table for your laptop or tablet.
NEW! SPEAKERS for better audio from the TV. It has Bluetooth also, so you can stream music from your own device.
Coffee station.
Closet shown here on the left. You can either hang clothes, or bring your monitor and laptop and use it as a work desk.
Kitchenette
Fidge is larger than you'd find in a standard hotel room. Capacity is enough for 4 or 5 days of food.
Microwave and coffee maker. Space for storing canned goods and boxed cereal.
Plates, bowls, utensils. Also an air frier for baking potatoes or a chicken.
Rice cooker, large cooking pot, and mixing bowls.
Coffee cups and art.
Electric cook top with two burners. Fry pans and stock pot provided.
Bar height countertops. Microwave shown here under the coffee maker. Additional storage below for canned goods and cereal.

Back door looks out onto the creek. Opening to the bathroom nook shown here on the right. When stepping up into the bathroom, shower is on the left, toilet on the right. Blinds pull down on all windows for privacy.
View of the deck from the front door. The creek is right there. Full of wildlife - heons, king fishers, water fowl of all kinds, and sometimes sea otters.
Toilet is installed opposite the shower. Sits just beneath the instant hot water tank.
Instant hot water installed just above the toilet. Accomodates long warm showers. You don't have to worry about the hot water running out between your shower and your partner's.

Public beach access is right across the street. We often go out to "watch the show" in the evenings.
Your small private deck is big enough for two people to lounge. Read books, have a glass of something, and watch the birds along the creek and in the fruit trees and roses. The fence and the gate allows you to keep your doggy on the deck.
Enjoy meeting your neighbors at the propane firepit shown here just in front of the laundry room.
The laundry room is located on the same property as the tiny home. Shared by all guests. $2 for wash and $1.50 for dry.
NEW! COVERED PORCH.
Enjoy the new awning over the porch. It provides shade from the sun and shelter from the rain. Enables you to store things under the porch without it getting rained on.
Propane-assisted BBQ available.
Lush and green in spring! (Check out the new covered porch on the creek side.)

Absolutely stunning location. Nichole is a very friendly and helpful person. An absolute treasure of a find. Really cute little tiny house and very cosy. Loved it!!

Had a really great stay at Nicholes tiny house. Comfortable bed, lots of cooking accessories, quiet neighborhood. Is a tiny house so be aware the bathroom is also tiny and not for larger folks. We had a wonderful stay! Thanks Nichole!

I loved my stay at Allison’s tiny house. It was so quiet and a real sense of beauty and love present there. I delighted in all the little touches from nice bedding to a well appointed little kitchen to the flowers and Landscaping outside the door. Alison was very accommodating to a couple of my requests and I appreciated that so much. It was just what I needed… A little quiet, peaceful place to stay for a couple of nights. Easy to access the beach as it’s right across the street. Very lovely! Thank you, Allison
