Overview

800 sq ft Apt.  The bedroom has a queen bed .  There is a large pull-out couch in the living room.  The unit has enough room for a couple in the bedroom with one extra person on the couch.  Full kitchen and a small table with two chairs for dining. This guest suite now has AC in the bedroom window. 
Birch Bay State park is a 5 min walk and public access to the beach is across the street.
Strong WiFi and a work-desk and work-chair in the unit for remote workers.

Really sweet place, cozy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, had just about everything you could need. Lovely fresh picked roses in a vase inside. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on finding the unit which wouldn't have been clear from googlemaps. Quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Such a great place I normally stay at another property in the area that is a little bit more expensive and this property in my opinion was actually better than the property. I normally stay at the host is extremely sweet and helpful and made my stay beyond perfect I will definitely be back again.

stayed only one night but I was impressed with how clean the apartment was, how close it is to restaurants and bars and with the fast and friendly response of the owner. I would definitely be staying here again.
