Sweeping view of Birch Bay from 2nd story apt.

Nice, spacious suite. Cedar Suite was located on the top floor of a bigger house divided into 3 or 4 different living areas. Huge balcony, private BBQ, bay views and gorgeous sunsets. It was clean, nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped with a cooler and ice packs, coffee maker with pods, full-size fridge and hot plate, which made preparing meals easy. Nichole also accommodated our one-day booking change.
The main drawback was noise. Light sleepers should be aware that sound carries between units. We could clearly hear conversations and chairs moving in the unit below, which kept me awake on several nights. Felt pads under furniture would help. And that means they can hear you as well.
The bay is across the road, with a small, rocky access area. Private properties limited shoreline walks, so we mostly followed the roadway toward the nearby state park, with more shoreline access and beautiful trees. We also enjoyed watching a seal swim in around sunset.

Beautiful views from the deck. Nichole is helpful and responds quickly.

The apartment was spotless and easy to find with easy access to the water and short drive to bars and restaurants. We loved staying and would love to go back soon!
