At Birch Bay Beach Stays, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Cancellations made after the designated window may be non-refundable.

2. No-Shows

Failure to check in without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the total reservation amount.

No refunds will be provided for early departures unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

If a reservation is made through a third-party platform, that platform’s cancellation policies may apply.
