Our 1-bd apartments in Snohomish are close to the historic downtown sector, full of restaurants, pubs and antique shops.
Our Lakewood units are a short walk from the Town Center, near public transportation, and several hospitals – convenient for medical workers.
All units are furnished, with utilities included. Reasonable nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. Studios are appointed with basic cooking tools; other units have full kitchens.

Our accommodation is furnished with all of the comforts of home in a wonderful setting. We offer suites with fully equipped kitchen as well as kitchenettes and tiny homes. Included are quality linens and towels, Roku TV, free wifi with work-from-home connection speed. Coffee, tea and filtered water are also provided.
We incentivize you to book directly with us by not charging added fees.
You will have your own private suite with dedicated private entrance as well as shared access to coin-op laundry with iron and ironing board and filtered water dispenser. Directly across the street is public access to the beach.
Birch Bay is a lively and vibrant summer beach town during the warmer months, offering multiple festivals, concerts, and vintage car shows. In the colder season, this is a beautiful, quiet retreat. Whether you are here for vacation or work, we have a furnished and cozy unit just for you. Selections range from a Caravan on the creek, to a split-level house with 2nd-story views of the bay. All units are situated on Birch Bay Dr, just north of the State Park. Basic cooking supplies provides. Pets welcome.
This is a small, safe community approximately 100 miles north of Seattle and 35 miles south of Vancouver, BC, Canada. Whatcom County has so much to offer including golf, go-carts, hiking, live entertainment, museums, and spas. Here in Birch Bay, enjoy bird watching, kayaking, beach-front dining, and more.
Short and mid-term furnished rentals satisfy a variety of needs. Some of our guests are shopping for a home to buy, or renovating an existing home. Some are here for work, including nurses, tech-workers, and refinery contractors.
Snohomish is a destination town with many delightful attractions. Known for its many antique shops, this is a historic and beautiful village stretched along the banks of the Snohomish river. Tourists can spend an entire day here shopping, book-browsing, dining, and doing farm tours.
Many of our guests are professionals with short-term contracts in the area. Medical workers appreciate that this location is near multiple hospitals. Technology workers will be delighted to know that this is a reasonable commute to Redmond or Seattle. Just because you work in the city, doesn’t mean you have to stay there!
Our furnished apartments are walking distance from town and come with everything you need for light housekeeping. You don’t have to bring anything more than your suite case and a sense of adventure.
Lakewood is in located in Peirce County, WA, in what we call “South Puget Sound.” Our furnished apartments are an easy commute to Puyallup or Tacoma. Contract workers will find this is a restful place to stay at the end of a long shift.
Our guests stay for a variety of reasons. Some are here because of their connection to the nearby McChord Air Force Base or the Madigan Army Medical Center. Others appreciate Lakewood’s centralized location between Seattle and Olympia.
Tourists who stay with us can make easy day trips to the Washington State Fair grounds, Mt. Rainier, Gig Harbor, Tacoma’s many museums and concerts, and the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park in Eatonville, WA.

For stays 30 days and less payment is required prior to arrival. Stays longer than 30 days will be charged once a month.
We require government ID with picture for all guests over 18.
We will give you a full refund if you give us 7 days notice.
Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome. We ask that you keep them on a leash while on property. If you need to leave your dog unattended in your suite during the day please check with us first.
We have roll-away twin sized beds available upon request. We also have a pack and play available upon request.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please make any requests at the time of the booking and we will confirm if we can accommodate your request.
If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance. Uber and Lyft are also available as well as a bus stop about 1/4 a mile away.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products from Public Goods are provided.
